Ep.11 Spiritual retreat reflections on: healing, joy, vulnerability, defence mechanisms & letting go
Have you ever wondered what a spiritual retreat entails and think you may like to do something similar to accelerate your healing and self-development work? This was hands down THE best work I have ever done in this space and I’m sharing some of the insights, wisdom gained, lessons learned on the topics of healing, joy, vulnerability, jealousy, letting go/surrender and defence mechanisms.
I encourage you to dare to explore your defence mechanisms and what lies beneath them, to surrender and let go wherever you can, to reframe your jealousy into something positive, to truly know that there is power in vulnerability and to unabashedly follow your joy!
