Do you have fears or limiting beliefs that hold you back in life? Today’s guest hypnotherapist, speaker and author, Brad Yates has a self-help healing technique for that: “tapping”, formally known as “emotional freedom technique”, which involves tapping on energy meridians throughout the body while talking through and resolving emotional resistance or trauma (think acupuncture without the needles and free therapy thrown in).

For over 20 years Brad  has been teaching these techniques in person and on his YouTube channel which contains 1100 videos with over 38 million views. In this episode, he shares the research and philosophy behind EFT tapping, how we can practice ourselves (5-minute demonstration featured) and his own story starting over from actor to hypnotherapist.
