Are you someone who struggles setting and maintaining boundaries? Do you have the ‘disease to please’, often neglecting your authentic self and true desires in the process? Are you an empathic and sensitive person who can oftentimes take on the emotions of the people around you?

Today’s guest is Kristen Schwartz - author of “The Healed Empath:  The Highly Sensitive Person’s Guide to Transforming Trauma and Anxiety, Trusting Your Intuition, and Moving from Overwhelm to Empowerment” and founder of wellness community the “Realized Empath”.  Kristen has a BSc in Psychology, an MA in Counseling and many years of experience helping empaths harness their sensitivity as a superpower and navigate the world with better boundaries. And she shares much of that wisdom on this episode as well as her own starting over story - processing and healing childhood trauma and finding aligned purpose in her work-life.
