Feeling STUCK?! Here’s the #1 thing to start DOING today!
Show Notes

Are you stuck in a relationship you know you should leave but can’t? Stuck in an unfulfilling job? Stuck in the “I should” spiral of self-judgment, unable to make the leap between what you KNOW to do and what you ACTUALLY do?

Contrary to popular belief (and your nagging inner critic), you don’t have a laziness or motivation problem. There’s something else behind your discarded self-care plans, abandoned to-do lists, and neglected goals. And the way forward is simpler than you’d think.

Guest expert is Britt Frank, is a licensed neuro psycho therapist and author of The Science of Stuck named by Esquire, New York Magazine, Forbes, and NPR as a must-read. Britt received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her master’s degree from the University of Kansas, where she later became an award-winning instructor. Britt is a contributing writer to Psychology Today and she speaks widely about the mental health myths that keep us stuck and stressed.

In this episode she shares her own story from stuck to unstuck: from patterns of addiction, toxic relationships and poor self care to being a successful keynote speaker, author and therapist.
