“We all desire to do good for ourselves, our people and our planet, but it all starts with feeling good” says Madeleine Wisecup, today’s guest, who shares her starting over story of being diagnosed with a potentially cancerous auto-immune condition and suffering a miscarriage which led to a significant personal transformation. One in which she radically changed her life: her profession, her city of residence and particularly her consumption habits: what she was putting in and on her body. Story short, she healed. And she is here to share her story and suggestions for a healthier, happier self and a healthier, happy world.
Should we use teflon products? How can we reduce our plastic consumption? What should we do with our e-waste? What practices can we adopt to centre and ground ourselves? What is slow living? What is yuka? You’ll find some answers to these questions and more in this episode.
