Spiritual LEGEND Dan Milman on Courage, Mindfulness & Becoming a PEACEFUL WARRIOR!

Today's guest is Dan Millman. He's a former world champion athlete, university coach, martial arts instructor, and college professor. After an intensive, twenty-year spiritual quest, Dan's teaching found its form as the Peaceful Warrior's Way. He's written eighteen books, including the best-seller Way of the Peaceful Warrior, which had a big impact on my life years ago.


In this episode we discuss Dan’s early struggles with academics and how he overcame them, his experiences with marriage and finding true love, and how pivotal life events, such as a severe motorcycle accident, guided him towards adopting the principles of a 'Peaceful Warrior.' He also shares how you can stop the negative cycle of comparison, honor your own journey & timeline, and transform your life with courage and kindness.
